About Us
Cowcitas began over a simple cup of coffee while working side by side as CNAs — a connection that grew into both a partnership and a shared dream. In 2023, we started baking under a cottage food license, and by 2024 we were serving at local markets. Just one year later, Cowcitas grew into a full food trailer offering freshly baked pastries, cold brews, espresso, lemonades, and our signature Dulce de Leche Latte.

With Nick’s barista background and Denise’s baking talent, Cowcitas is built on bold coffee, sweet treats, and thoughtful flavors. We proudly work with a local roaster and use a blonde roast espresso chosen for its smooth, balanced profile — allowing each drink to shine on its own or alongside milk and house-made flavors.
