COFFEE QUESTIONS
We work with a local specialty roaster. We prefer a blonde roast espresso because it brings out a smoother, brighter flavor that pairs really well with milk and syrups.
WHAT BEANS DO YOU USE?

Yes, we do!
WHAT KIND OF SYRUPS DO YOU USE?
All of our syrups are handcrafted in-house in a licensed commercial kitchen. We moved away from store-bought syrups so we could create flavors that better match our coffee while keeping everything as fresh and balanced as possible.

Yes, we do. We offer private and bulk orders for birthdays, special occasions and more!

At the moment we do not offer gluten free bakery/cafe items.
IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR ORDERS?
Our minimum for orders are ONE DOZEN (12).
Exceptions include but not limited to: Cakes, Chocoflan, Churro Cheesecake, and more!
